Hatha Yoga

Hatha means ‘force’ and is traditionally defined as ‘the yoga of force.’ Hatha yoga has grown in popularity in the west as an exercise that develops strength, flexibility, and mental concentration. Hatha yoga comes to mind when you think of yoga in general terms.

Ashtaanga Yoga

Ashta+anga is ashtanga. Ashta means eight, and anga is limbs; therefore, it means eight limbs path. The purpose of the ashtanga practice is the purification of the body and mind. By moving quickly and vigorously, you get a lot of tapas, and you are forced to focus and grow.

Power Yoga

Power yoga focuses on building strength and tolerance. It is also a magnificent form of yoga for burning calories. Power yoga demands onsets to rapidly move from one posture to another, linking your breathing to the different motions of your body. Power yoga provides mental and physical benefits.

Prenatal Yoga

Prenatal yoga is an adaptable approach to exercise that engages the mind and spirit along with the body. Prenatal yoga focuses on gentle stretching and strengthening, mental centering, and greater awareness of the breath. Prenatal yoga is a great way to stay active during pregnancy.
